In this latest ActiveMerge update we’re bringing our users more powerful tools to help them document automation and generation workflows. Today we have two updates.
Bulk E-signatures
You can now upload an Word or PDF file and send it to up to 500 users for signing all from a simple interface. This is a perfect for clients agreements updates or your employees.
Our document generation tool already had this feature but you had to use the files that were generated by ActiveMerge. Now you can add any file and request signatures from your users.
Also, our e-signature pricing has now dropped.
PDF Forms Templates
We are introducing a new template format PDF forms. All ActiveMerge users have now access to this feature, you can upload a PDF form template that can be used to generated your documents.
The PDF form must be in the new Acrobat format, older forms might have issues to be filled in with the data from your source file or database.
