The first 50* documents created with ActiveMerge are free.
Extra documents are charged at $0.10 0.05 per document + VAT with a minimum charge of $3 USD.

If you have 30 documents to generate, it will be free.
Example no. 2
If you have 100 documents, the first 50* will be free, the next 50 documents will cost $0.05 each.
50 x 0.05 = $2.5 USD – we will charge you $3, the minimum charge.
Example no. 3
If you want to generate 300 documents, the first 50* documents are free. The next 250 documents will cost $0.05.
250 x 0.05 = $12.5 USD

You can upload source data files in Excel XLSX or XLS format. Templates must be in DOCX (Word) or PPTX (PowerPoint) format.
3. How do I set up a template?
Templates should include placeholders for data in the format {placeholder}. These placeholders will be replaced with actual data from your uploaded Excel file.

You can export documents in DOCX, PPTX, or PDF formats.
5. Can I preview my documents before downloading?
Yes, you can preview the first generated document for free before processing the full batch.

- After that, each document costs $0.05, with a minimum charge of $3.
7. How do I pay for additional documents?
We support payments via Stripe and PayPal.
8. How will I receive my documents?
Once your documents are generated, you will receive a download link via email containing a ZIP file with all your generated documents.
Please download the zip as soon as you receive the email as we delete the files after 24 hours.

Yes! We take security seriously and ensure your uploaded files and generated documents are securely processed and deleted after 24 hours.
10. Can I use this app for bulk document generation?
Yes, our app is designed to handle bulk document generation efficiently. Just upload your Excel file, and our system will process all rows automatically.

Since the service is digital and automated, refunds are not available once documents are generated.
