Questions about Web Forms

Can I use an existing form?

Yes. Import a PDF, Word document, or spreadsheet to create an editable draft, or start from a template you already use in ActiveMerge.

Do respondents need an ActiveMerge account?

No. Publish the form and share its public link. Respondents open it in their browser.

Can I export the answers?

Yes. Review submissions in the Responses tab and export them as CSV.

Can a response generate a PDF?

Yes. Link a document template, map the questions to its placeholders, and choose PDF as the output format.
