Here you will find all the API endpoints for generating documents, retrive templates, placeholders and credits available.
To start testing or using the ActiveMerge platform, please register a free account and generate an API key.
Before using the API please upload your templates in the Templates page. You identify the templates by the unique ID or list the templates you have available via the Templates endpoint https://api.activemerge.com/api/templates.
Our API accepts both application/x-www-form-urlencoded or application/json requests.
The Document Generation response contains a temporary URL to the generated file, the link is valid for 24 hours.
For DOCX templates the result can be a PDF or DOCX file.
For PPTX templates the result can be PDF or PPTX file.
