Gravity Forms Integration

To generate documents from forms created in Gravity Forms and ActiveMerge please do the following.

This plugin is still in Beta – if you get errors please contact us.

Step 1

Create an ActiveMerge account and generate an API key.

Step 2
Add your template with the {placeholders} for mail merge and copy the template ID.

Step 3
Download and Install the GF ActiveMerge plugin in your WordPress site.

Step 4
Setup the API key in the GF ActiveMerge settings.

Step 5
Go to your Gravity Form and enable Document Generation from the settings page.

The selected fields must match your placeholders template in ActiveMerge. If the fields don’t match the document generation will fail.

Step 6

Test the integration with sample data. If everything is ok you will receive an email with the document attached, depending on your settings.
