Give a form your logo and colours so it looks like part of your business. Branding shows on the form itself, the thank-you page, and the page people see when the form is closed.
Open the form, go to Settings, and find Branding.
Logo
Click Choose file and pick your logo. A preview appears straight away, and the logo is saved when you click Save settings.
- PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF, up to 2 MB.
- A PNG with a transparent background looks best on any background colour.
- Large images are scaled down to fit 800 × 300 pixels. The logo shows at most about 80 pixels tall on the form, so a wide, short logo works better than a tall one.
Logo position puts it Centred above the form or on the Left.
To remove it, tick Remove logo and save. To replace it, just choose a new file.
Colours
Accent colour is used for the submit and Next buttons, the bar across the top of the form, links, and ticked checkboxes.
Button text switches between white and dark by itself, so it stays readable whatever accent you pick. A light yellow accent gets dark text, and a navy one gets white text.
Page background is the colour behind the white form card.
Formatted text in headings
Heading blocks (added from Heading / text in the Build tab) have a small text editor for the text under the heading. You can use:
- Bold, italic, underline and strikethrough
- Two heading sizes
- Numbered and bulleted lists
- Links, which open in a new tab
- Quotes
Use them for instructions, terms, or a short introduction to each section. Paste from Word or a web page and the text keeps its basic formatting. Colours, fonts and images in pasted content aren’t carried over, so the form stays consistent.
Check the result
Click Preview in the Build tab to see the form with your branding and your latest changes. Branding and settings apply to the live form as soon as you save them. Question changes need Publish changes.
