ActiveMerge now makes another step in making document automation simpler: generated documents and certificates can be saved to Files automatically, then sent for signature from the same workspace.
Save generated files at no extra cost
Saving a generated document or certificate to ActiveMerge Files manager is included with your plan and uses 0 credits. Turn on automatic saving to keep every output organized and available for sharing, previewing, downloading, or signing later.
E-signatures use your existing credits
There is no separate e-signature subscription anymore. E-signatures are included with every paid plan and use 20 credits per document sent, regardless of how many people sign it.
You can add signers, choose signing order, place fields in the embedded editor, and send invitations from your ActiveMerge workflow.
Files and folders can be shared with secure links using view-only or download permissions, optional passwords, and expiry dates. Links use your company name in the URL and remain managed by ActiveMerge.
Team collaboration
Team features are available on paid plans with these member limits:
- Plus: 3 members
- Business: 5 members
- Ultra: 10 members
Free and Pro plans do not include team members.
With these updates, your plan covers the complete path from data to generated file, organized storage, secure sharing, and signature collection—without a separate storage or e-signature add-on.
