How to create and use Workflows

With ActiveMerge Workflows you can generate even multiple types of documents with a single data source.

You can generate at the same time:

  • contracts
  • letters
  • invitations
  • invoices
  • certificates
  • reports and more.

To generate multiple types of documents you must create and upload your Templates first.

Once the templates are saved in the ActiveMerge platform you can create a workflow with the set of templates you want to use to generate the documents.

Click Add New and select your templates and click save – The workflow now can generate documents using our integrations. The data source sent to the workflow must contain all the {placeholders} that are needed for each template.

Optionally, you can click the Upload data option, and here you can add your data source file in Excel or CSV format.
