Security is built into every layer of how ActiveMerge works — from infrastructure to data handling.
Encryption In Transit & At Rest
All data is sent via HTTPS (TLS) to protect it in transit. Data at rest is protected with AES encryption on our servers, ensuring confidentiality and integrity at every stage.
EU-Hosted Infrastructure
All data is handled by secure cloud servers hosted in Germany by Hetzner and DigitalOcean, respecting EU privacy laws. Your data never leaves European jurisdiction.
Automatic Data Deletion
Source data is processed transiently during document generation. Generated files are temporarily saved and automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. We don’t access your files.
You Control API Access
You create and manage your own API keys with scoped, read-only permissions. Revoke access at any time directly from your Airtable or data source dashboard.
Fully Automated Processing
No human interaction is needed to generate your documents. The entire process is automated — from data ingestion to document delivery — so no person ever sees your data.
Secure Billing via Stripe
All billing and payment data is handled by Stripe’s PCI-compliant servers. We never see or store your credit card information.
Data transfer
ActiveMerge’s use and transfer of user information received from the Integrations and Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your billing data is handled by Stripe’s secure servers and is encrypted.
Privacy
On our web pages we use analytics data via Google Analytics/Clicky like pageviews, actions or events that happen on our website and ensure all services are up. All data is anonymous.
