What file formats can I upload?
You can upload source data files in Excel XLSX/CSV/Json format. Templates must be in DOCX (Word), XLSX (Excel) or PPTX (PowerPoint) format with {placeholders}.
You can also upload via our web app an image or PDF and our AI OCR tool will extract data from the file and you can add it to the placeholders.
Can I store the generated documents?
Yes, you can store the generated documents in the app for as long as you need or setup automated deletion after 3 days.
Can I send generated documents for esignature?
Yes, ActiveMerge supports e-signatures SIGN and UETA regulations, so your signed documents meet legal and security standards.
Can I email the generated documents to my clients?
Yes, you can send personalized emails with the generated documents via our Email Campaigns feature.
Connect your SMTP or Gmail account and you can send the documents automatically after the documents are generated.
Do unused credits roll-over the next month?
